2024 African American Read-In and STEMi Experience Registration

February 29 @ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Oakland Schools is proud to host author Don Tate as our guest for this year’s African American Read-In. This award-winning author has a vast collection of books for readers of all ages. The first 500 Oakland County households who register will receive a copy of “Jerry Changed the Game”.  Pontiac READS is Partnering with Oakland Schools to host a watch site for local families. Pontiac Tech Building is proud to be a WATCH SITE for this event. The location is:

Pontiac, MI 48340
4:00 – 6:45 P.M.: STEMi Experience, Tour & Dinner (STEMi truck experience ends at 6pm)
Please arrive by 5:30 for dinner.
7pm-8pm Don Tate Author Visit (Zoom)
